What we do

Our investment platform takes the cash flow from rented real estate to create a new investment product that provides our clients with monthly returns. We do this in four steps: First, we select from the best available properties that are available publicly and privately. Having been in the business for almost thirty years, our extensive network of business connections will often come to us when they are thinking of selling to see if we are interested in purchasing their property. Sellers may save thousands of dollars in potential selling costs if they don’t have to list their property. Second, we refurbish and prepare the property for rental just enough to where it will generate the most income. Overspending to prepare a property for rental will at some point, reduce your return on investment and not spending enough will limit how much we charge each month for rent. Third, we find quality tenants that will pay their rent on time and treat the property as if it is their own. We have been in this business for years, and we know exactly what to look for in potential tenants. Fourth, When rents come in, we take out all of the typical fees and escrows for potential disasters. Everything that is left over is then distributed to you, the investor. The return on investment posted on your investment page takes into account all of the fees and escrow expenses. Rental income is distributed monthly and there is an in-house buyback program for when you are ready to divest.
